Fully Automated Colony Counter IN-J100
Performance Indicators
1. Imaging Device
Fully enclosed dark chamber, eliminating stray light interference from the external environment.
360° ring-shaped four-color LED visible light, shadowless soft light illumination.
Adjustable brightness and on/off control of upper and lower light sources.
8-megapixel ultra-high-definition color camera.
Minimum colony size detectable: 0.5mm.
Error rate: ≤±10%
2. Software Functions
1) One-Click Counting:
Dispersed Bacteria One-Click Counting: Quickly counts colonies with relatively clear edges and dispersed distribution.
Adhesive Bacteria One-Click Counting: Suitable for rapid counting of colonies with a single background color and blurred edges due to adhesion. 2) System Display:
Display: 15.6-inch large touchscreen, resolution: 1920*1080, supports external mouse operation.
System: Win10 64-bit, 256G storage, no external computer required.
3) Auxiliary Statistical Tools
Correction: Threshold adjustment for correction based on one-click statistics.
Selection Tools: Circle, Rectangle, Brush.
4) Data Security and Management
Multi-user login system, each account forms independent data, data is permanently stored.
Statistical results can be output in PDF format, original data cannot be altered.
Built-in bilingual display in Chinese and English, one-click switching.
5) Light Source Management
This series of fully automatic colony counters is equipped with a flexible upper and lower dual light source system. Users can freely adjust the light source with knobs to obtain the best imaging effect according to different petri dish types, colony characteristics, and background conditions.
Specific functions include:
Independent Control: The upper and lower light sources can be turned on or off independently with knobs.
Brightness Adjustment: The brightness of each light source can be freely adjusted to adapt to different contrast requirements.
Mode Switching: Users can freely switch between various lighting modes such as "Uplight Only," "Downlight Only," and "Uplight and Downlight Simultaneously."
6) Automatic Calibration
The instrument has undergone precise calibration at the factory. Under normal circumstances, the system can automatically complete calibration based on preset camera parameters (such as camera model, lens focal length, working distance, etc.). Users do not need to perform any additional operations in daily use; the software can directly perform accurate dimensional measurements, making operation simple and ensuring consistent and efficient results.
