Fully Automated Colony Counter IN-J400
Core Performance and Configuration
1. High-Definition Imaging System
Imaging Environment: Employs a fully enclosed darkroom design, effectively isolating external stray light interference and ensuring imaging stability.
Illumination System: Equipped with 360° ring-shaped four-color LED visible light, providing uniform and shadowless soft illumination. Built-in 254nm and 366nm dual-wavelength ultraviolet lamps are used for chamber sterilization and colony fluorescence excitation (suitable for Escherichia coli counting, GFP observation, etc.).
Intelligent Light Source Control: Both upper and lower light sources can be independently turned on and off via software, with brightness fine-tuning accurate to 1%, eliminating the need for mechanical switches. Users can save custom light source schemes for quick recall of similar samples.
Acquisition Components: Equipped with a 12-megapixel high-definition lens and a 20-megapixel ultra-high-definition color camera, ensuring rich and clear image details.
Key Performance
Minimum Detectable Colony: 0.05mm
Counting Accuracy: ≥98%
Counting Speed: 1200 CFU/sec
Compatible Petri Dishe Diameter: Standard 90-110mm (Other sizes can be placed in the center of the aperture for detection)
Intelligent Software Functions
One-Click Intelligent Counting: Offers 7 preset optimized modes for one-click accurate counting of different colony morphologies and culture media, including: dispersed bacteria, adherent bacteria, micro-colonies, large colonies, black grid plate (Compact Dry™), grid filter membrane (RIDA™), and bacteria with similar background.
Auxiliary Correction and Measurement Tools:
Supports manual addition/deletion of colonies, or selection and correction.
Provides intelligent correction functionality, further optimizing results based on one-click counting.
Integrates multiple measurement tools such as angle, line segment, area, and curve.
Automatically identifies and removes impurities based on parameters such as color, diameter, and roundness.
Colony Morphology Analysis:
Allows detailed analysis of individual colonies, obtaining information such as roundness, diameter, circumference, and area.
Statistically analyzes the morphological parameter distribution of all colonies in the entire dish.
Supports automatic classification and statistics based on up to 25 levels of colony outline size.
Automatic Data Conversion: Automatically calculates the original total number of colonies in the sample by combining the actual diameter of the culture dish and the sample dilution input by the user.
Data Security and Management
Multi-user System: Supports independent login for multiple accounts, with isolated data storage to ensure security.
Data Output and Traceability: Statistical results are output as uneditable PDF reports. It features a complete audit trail function, automatically recording all operation logs to ensure data traceability.
Multi-language and Cloud-based: The software supports one-click switching between Chinese and English. The instrument can connect to a cloud platform for data backup and access anytime, anywhere.
Light Source Management System
The instrument is equipped with an independent upper and lower dual-light source illumination system, which users can flexibly adjust via software to adapt to various petri dishes and colony characteristics:
Independent Control and Brightness Adjustment: The upper and lower light sources can be controlled independently, and stepless brightness adjustment with 1% accuracy can be achieved in the software, eliminating the need for manual operation of mechanical parts.
Illumination Mode Switching: Supports multiple combination modes such as "upper light only," "lower light only," and "both upper and lower lights on simultaneously."
Scheme Saving and Recall: Allows users to save the optimal light source settings (on/off status and brightness) for specific samples as a custom scheme, which can be directly recalled when encountering similar samples later, greatly improving work efficiency and result consistency.
Precise Calibration Function
To ensure the accuracy of the physical dimensions of measured data (such as colony diameter and area), the instrument provides a reliable size calibration function, which can convert image pixel units into actual length units (such as millimeters). This function supports both automatic and manual calibration modes to accommodate different users' calibration habits and application scenarios, ensuring the accuracy of measurement results from the source.
