Intelligent testing instrument IN-KZ03
Main Technical Specifications
1. 22-megapixel color camera and A3-size ultra-thin backlight panel, with automatic correction features for camera image distortion and backlight panel uniformity, effectively reducing size measurement errors.
2. ★ Capable of large-scale automatic analysis of imaged seed grains. Seed grain diameter for analysis ranges from 0.5 to 20 mm (recognition parameters can be maintained in the model). Rice grains and chaff need to be winnowed and then counted and analyzed separately.
3. ★ Fully automatic grain counting speed of 1200–20000 grains/minute, with a counting error ≤ ±0.1–0.4%, achieving 100% accuracy with minimal monitoring and correction. The accuracy error of the fully automated thousand-grain weight analysis is ≤ ±0.5%. For seeds with smaller diameters (such as rapeseed and vegetable seeds), the number of seeds tested per batch ranges from 1 to 10,000.
4. ★ Users can create their own analysis models according to actual needs. Once created, models can be imported for reuse. Recently used models can also be set as the default. This is suitable for automatic and accurate seed testing of various crops such as rice, wheat, corn, beans, rapeseed, sunflower seeds, and vegetable seeds; automatic insect counting in various grain depots; and analysis of seedling emergence (emergence angle can be set in the model) and uniformity (projected area), displaying and outputting the counting results.
5. ★ It can automatically measure the grain shape parameters (length, width, aspect ratio, area, equivalent diameter [diameter of the circle corresponding to the grain area], perimeter, etc.) of various types of adhered seeds, accurately display the bounding rectangle of the seeds, and automatically sort and output the seed distribution map.
6. ★ It features self-learning and re-learning capabilities for the color and shape of the analyzed target, enabling automatic classification, as well as variety comparison capabilities (customized variety models require labeled images).
7. The analysis process is fully computer-controlled, highly efficient, accurate, and user-friendly, with truly one-click operation; a single mouse click displays the results instantly. It has an automatic input interface for barcodes of the tested samples and RS232 weight data from an electronic balance.
8. Users can select to add/delete seeds using the mouse. Manual counting of analyzed images can be performed directly within the software using the mouse. Rectangular, circular, and free-shaped seeds can be added to ensure 100% accurate personalized counting of the target area. Counting can also be performed within a selectable range or rectangular area of the work area.
9. Analysis results can be saved and automatically generated into a summary report. Statistical analysis results can be output and saved to a CSV file (openable with WPS Spreadsheet; Office Spreadsheets require importing data into the CSV file to view the results), as well as Arrangement charts and measurement charts output by width, length, area, etc.
