Use

It is used to replace the manual visual inspection to objectively, quickly and accurately detect the processing accuracy of rice automatically. After the rice sample to be tested is dyed with special dye (Ihon Y-methylene blue), the skin and embryo on the rice are blue-green, and the endosperm is purple-red, and the instrument's special intelligent recognition software automatically analyses the processing precision of the rice sample by the degree of skin retention and its total percentage on each grain of whole polished rice. The instrument is mainly applicable to scientific research institutes, testing units, rice mills and distribution enterprises.
